Little known Rufio Jones fact: My mother’s sister (I’ve been told some people call them “aunts”) sang backup with Luther Vandross up until he left us. It was a lot easier back then to impress a young lady by saying “Hey, Luther Vandross is coming to Detroit. Let’s go.” Now that he’s gone, I have to sell heroin to see a good show. So what if the previous sentence was untrue… the rest of it was.

I know this may shock you, but this is a great song!

He got to say “never too much” because he was rich.

Don’t you wish your favorite R&B singer could do ANY of this?

Remember to thank me for the baby you’re going to have because of this post.

i just looked at this on a public computer, and when i got to the end, i noticed that my clothes had gone for a walk… i’m thinking maybe you should add something at the start like “WARNING: May cause instantaneous involuntary nudity!” …just me?

Of course it’s not just you. Women can’t resist Vandross. It does go in the “not safe for…” category, though.
